Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction and Scope
Welcome to Ilvianilaurel (“Ilvianilaurel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our online store, including browsing, product selection, account functions where available, order placement, payment, delivery, returns, refunds, and customer support.
I. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the terms that apply to your use of the website. When placing an order, you also agree to the transaction terms presented during checkout, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use of the website.
II. Related Policies. These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. These policies explain specific procedures and requirements applicable to your purchase and use of our website.
III. Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable federal or state law.
IV. Consistency Among Store Policies. These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our applicable Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable product-specific terms. If provisions concerning the same subject matter are inconsistent, they should be interpreted together where reasonably possible. Any mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of a conflict. Nothing in this section limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived.

3. Website Use and Customer Responsibilities
I. Accurate Information. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or contacting us, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, and delivery address.
II. Account Security. If account registration is available, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
III. Prohibited Conduct. You must not use the website to engage in fraud, submit knowingly false information, interfere with website operations, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or infringe the rights of other persons.
IV. Website Availability. We may update website content, correct errors, perform maintenance, or temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary for security or operational purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but this provision does not excuse our obligations concerning accepted orders, paid-for products, refunds, or other rights protected by law.
4. Products, Descriptions, Availability, and Pricing
I. Product Information. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, sizing information, colors, and other relevant details. Actual colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and display technology. Such variations do not excuse a material mismatch between the product advertised and the product delivered.
II. Availability. Product availability may change. Adding an item to a shopping cart does not guarantee that the item is reserved or that an order has been accepted.
III. Pricing and Currency. Prices and the transaction currency will be displayed on the applicable product or checkout page. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be disclosed as required by law and shown during checkout before you submit your order.
IV. Errors and Corrections. If a material pricing, description, or availability error is discovered, we may contact you to explain the issue and available options before fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and provide any refund required by law and the applicable transaction terms. We will not use an error correction process to impose an undisclosed charge or substitute a materially different product without appropriate customer consent.
V. Promotional Offers. Promotional prices, discounts, and special offers are subject to the conditions disclosed when offered. Any material eligibility restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, or exclusions will be disclosed before purchase.
5. Orders, Acceptance, and Payment
I. Order Submission. Before completing checkout, please review your selected products, quantities, applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery address, and total amount. Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected items; it does not necessarily mean the order has already been accepted.
II. Order Review. We may review orders for payment authorization, inventory availability, delivery information, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
III. Order Confirmation. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not override any subsequent notice that the order cannot be fulfilled. If we accept payment but cannot supply the purchased goods, we will provide the applicable cancellation and refund remedies required by law and our published policies.
IV. Accepted Payment Methods. Where supported and displayed at checkout, we accept American Express, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa. Payment authorization and processing are subject to the relevant payment provider and issuing financial institution.
V. Payment Security. Payment details may be processed by third-party payment providers in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not ask customers to send full card numbers or card security codes by email. Please refer to our Payment Policy for further information.
VI. Unrecognized Charges. If you notice a failed payment, an apparent duplicate charge, or an unfamiliar transaction associated with an order, contact us with the relevant order details so we can investigate.
6. Shipping and Delivery
I. Delivery Area. We currently offer shipping to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, subject to product availability and the delivery options displayed at checkout.
II. Order Processing. Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days after an order is successfully placed and payment is authorized, unless a different processing period is clearly disclosed for the relevant product or order.
III. Transit Time. The estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. The estimated total delivery time is 6–11 business days, including order processing and transit.
IV. Estimates and Delays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees of arrival on a specific day. Carrier operations, weather, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, and other circumstances may affect delivery. We will not rely on this provision to avoid applicable shipment-delay notification, cancellation, or refund obligations.
V. Shipment Tracking. Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers should use the tracking information to monitor shipment progress and contact us if an order appears lost, substantially delayed, or damaged.
VI. Shipping Compliance. We will make reasonable efforts to ship within the delivery or shipment period represented at the time of purchase. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised period, we will provide the notice, delay options, cancellation rights, and refunds required by applicable law.
For complete information, please review our Shipping Policy.
7. Order Cancellation
I. Standard Cancellation Window. You may request cancellation within 48 hours after placing your order, provided the order has not been shipped. Cancellation requests must be submitted to customer service and are subject to confirmation of the order's fulfillment status.
II. Requests After Dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled through our standard cancellation process. You may, however, request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
III. Legal Cancellation Rights. The standard cancellation window does not limit any cancellation, rejection, or refund right that applies under mandatory law, including rights relating to delayed shipment, non-delivery, or an unfulfilled order.
IV. Cancellation Refunds. When a cancellation is approved or required, we will initiate any refund due to the original payment method. We aim to initiate approved cancellation refunds within 1–3 business days after approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and card issuer.
V. How to Request Cancellation. Contact care@ilvianilaurel.com or call +1 (704) 596-3847 as soon as possible. Include your order number and request that the order be cancelled. Please do not assume cancellation has been completed until we confirm it, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
For detailed procedures, please review our Cancellation Policy.
8. Return and Exchange Eligibility
I. Commercial Return Window. For eligible purchases, customers must notify us of their request to return or exchange an item within 35 calendar days after the item is delivered to the shipping address shown on the order. After the return is authorized and return instructions are issued, the item must be handed to the designated carrier within 14 calendar days after the return authorization is issued, unless we expressly confirm an extension in writing or applicable law provides otherwise.
II. Starting Point. The return period begins on the date the shipment is recorded as delivered to the designated delivery address. If an order contains items delivered separately, the period applies separately to each item based on its delivery date.
III. Request Procedure. Before returning an item, contact care@ilvianilaurel.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the request, and photographs or other supporting information where relevant. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return destination.
IV. Item Condition. Returned items should be in the condition required by the applicable return instructions, with included components and accessories where reasonably possible. We will assess the circumstances of each request fairly. We will not reject a valid claim merely because the customer exercised reasonable rights to inspect the product.
V. Eligible Reasons. A return request may relate to a damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, incorrect, or unwanted item. The available remedy and responsibility for return shipping depend on the circumstances, the applicable policy, and mandatory law.
VI. Exchanges. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. For an approved exchange, we aim to dispatch the replacement within 1–3 business days after the returned item has been received and the exchange has been approved, provided the replacement is available. This is our target dispatch time, not a guarantee of delivery within that period. If the replacement is unavailable, we will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate alternative, including a refund where applicable.
VII. No Waiver of Legal Remedies. The commercial return window does not restrict any statutory warranty, defect remedy, or other consumer right that applies independently of our voluntary change-of-mind return program.
For the full process and eligibility requirements, please review our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Return Shipping Costs
I. Change-of-Mind Returns. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product offer or return approval, customers are responsible for reasonable return shipping costs when returning an otherwise conforming product solely because they no longer want it or have changed their mind.
II. Estimated Cost for Larger Items. Before purchase, customers should be informed that the estimated return shipping cost for a larger or bulky item is approximately $12.00–$20.00 per item, subject to variation based on package dimensions, weight, carrier rates, service level, and return destination. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed shipping rate or a universal charge. The applicable estimate or known charge must be displayed clearly before the customer commits to the purchase.
III. Defective, Incorrect, or Materially Misdescribed Items. Where a return results from an item being defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or materially inconsistent with its description, we will provide the remedy and shipping-cost treatment required by applicable law and our published Return and Refund Policy. Customers should contact us before paying for return shipping so we can provide appropriate instructions.
IV. Return Authorization. Please do not send a return to an address that has not been confirmed by customer service. The return destination may differ from the business contact address. We will disclose the applicable return instructions and known material costs before the return is completed.
10. Refunds and Refund Timing
I. Refund Eligibility. Refund eligibility depends on the reason for the request, the status and condition of the item, the applicable return terms, and any mandatory consumer rights. If an order cannot be fulfilled, or a cancellation or refund is otherwise required by law, we will process the applicable refund without imposing conditions inconsistent with that law.
II. Refund Method. Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. We may request reasonable information to verify the order or prevent unauthorized refunds, but we will not use verification procedures to unlawfully delay a refund.
III. Refund Initiation. We aim to initiate approved refunds within 1–3 business days after the refund is approved. For returned goods, this processing period generally begins after the returned item has been received and inspected, or after the return has otherwise been approved under the applicable policy. Where law requires an earlier refund, the legal deadline controls.
IV. Bank Processing. After we initiate a refund, the time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer, bank, payment provider, and payment method. We cannot guarantee the exact posting time controlled by those institutions.
V. Partial Refunds and Shipping Charges. Any permitted deduction, partial refund, or treatment of original shipping charges will be explained in the applicable return decision and must comply with applicable law and the disclosed terms of purchase. We will not apply an undisclosed restocking fee or other charge.
VI. Refund Follow-Up. If a refund does not appear after the relevant payment provider's processing period, contact care@ilvianilaurel.com and include your order number so we can review the transaction.
For further details, please read our Return and Refund Policy and Payment Policy.
11. Two-Year Limited Product Warranty
I. Scope of Commercial Warranty. In addition to any rights provided by applicable law, Ilvianilaurel provides a two-year limited commercial warranty for new products sold by us to consumers, beginning on the date the product is delivered to the customer. This is a voluntary written warranty commitment offered by Ilvianilaurel; it is not a representation that every product in the United States is subject to a uniform two-year statutory warranty period.
II. Covered Issues. During the warranty period, the warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and failures to conform materially to the product description or specifications supplied by us, subject to the terms of this section and applicable law.
III. Free Repair or Replacement. For a covered defect, we will provide repair or replacement without charge to the customer. Where reasonably necessary to provide the remedy, we will also cover reasonable shipping costs associated with the approved warranty repair or replacement, as required by applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.
IV. Warranty Claim Procedure. Contact care@ilvianilaurel.com with your order number, product details, a description of the defect, and reasonable supporting photographs or other evidence where appropriate. We may request that the product be returned or made available for inspection, but any such requirement will be reasonable and consistent with applicable law. We will provide the applicable instructions before the customer ships the item.
V. Further Remedies. If a covered defect cannot be repaired or the product cannot be replaced within a reasonable time, or if repair or replacement is unsuccessful, we will provide an appropriate further remedy, which may include a refund or price reduction where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed as an appropriate resolution. Any mandatory statutory remedy takes precedence over a more restrictive contractual provision.
VI. Exclusions. To the extent permitted by law, the limited commercial warranty does not cover damage caused solely by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, improper installation or maintenance contrary to the supplied instructions, or ordinary wear and tear unrelated to a covered defect. These exclusions do not apply where the underlying issue is attributable to a defect, inaccurate instructions, or another circumstance for which we remain responsible under applicable law.
VII. Other Legal Rights. This limited warranty is additional to, and does not replace or waive, any applicable implied warranty, express warranty, statutory consumer remedy, or other legal protection. Warranty rights and the enforceability of exclusions may vary by state.
12. Product Safety and Conformity
I. Accurate Offers. We aim to ensure that product listings, product images, specifications, availability, and material limitations accurately represent the products offered for sale.
II. Conformity. Products will be supplied in accordance with the applicable purchase description and any warranties or conformity obligations imposed by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions authorizes the delivery of a materially different substitute without appropriate customer consent.
III. Product Concerns. If a product arrives damaged, defective, unsafe, or materially different from what was ordered, stop using it where continued use may create a safety risk and contact customer service promptly. We will review the issue and explain the available remedy.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
I. Information We Handle. To operate our store, we may process contact details, billing and shipping information, order history, customer service communications, payment transaction information, and technical information generated through website use.
II. Purposes of Processing. Information may be used to process orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and perform other purposes disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
III. Service Providers. Information may be shared with service providers such as payment processors, shipping carriers, website hosting providers, and analytics or marketing services where applicable and subject to the relevant privacy disclosures and legal requirements.
IV. Privacy Choices. Depending on applicable law and the services used on our website, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain information about the processing of your personal information, or to opt out of certain data uses. Requests may be submitted using the contact information in our Privacy Policy.
V. Retention. We retain information for periods reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes, subject to applicable legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements.
VI. Cookies and Similar Technologies. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies may be used where applicable to support website functionality, analyze traffic, or provide advertising services. Their use and available choices are explained in our Cookie Policy.
14. Intellectual Property
I. Ownership. Website text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, page designs, and other content are owned by Ilvianilaurel or used with appropriate permission, unless otherwise indicated.
II. Permitted Use. You may access website content for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit protected materials without authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
III. Reservation of Rights. No ownership interest in our intellectual property is transferred to you by accessing the website or purchasing a product. Nothing in this section limits any rights granted to you by applicable law.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
I. Third-Party Providers. Our website may rely on third-party services for payment processing, delivery, website functionality, analytics, or other operational purposes. The availability and operation of those services may be subject to the providers' own terms.
II. External Links. Links to external websites are provided for convenience or relevant information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not control the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.
III. Responsibility. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that we have under applicable law for our own representations, contractual obligations, or conduct.
16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
I. Website Operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available without temporary technical issues.
II. Excluded Losses. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to the limitations in this section.
III. Non-Excludable Liability. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
IV. Consumer Remedies. Nothing in this section excuses us from fulfilling accepted orders, providing applicable warranty remedies, processing refunds that are due, or meeting our other legal obligations to consumers.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
I. Applicable Law. These Terms and Conditions are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable federal law and the laws of North Carolina, where relevant, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to their transactions.
II. Informal Resolution. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve order-related questions or complaints. We will review the information provided and make reasonable efforts to respond.
III. Legal Proceedings. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by a court or other competent forum as determined under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions requires a consumer to waive a non-waivable right or limits access to a remedy that applicable law guarantees.
18. Changes to These Terms
I. Revisions. We may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our operations, products, policies, or legal obligations.
II. Publication and Notice. The current version will be available on this page. Where required by law or appropriate because a change materially affects customers, we will provide reasonable notice through the website or another suitable communication method.
III. Application of Changes. Revised terms will apply as permitted by law. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued or override mandatory protections applicable to an existing transaction.
19. Severability and No Waiver
I. Severability. If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
II. No Waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
III. Interpretation. These Terms and Conditions should be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law and the consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
